How Trinity Youth Ministry can help

In a time of tragedy you need to be aware of Trinity's Youth Ministry resources.

Discipleship- While we are not certified counselors, we use God's Word as a guideline for life and we are able to help in the grieving process through listening, reflection, mentoring, and encouragement. Please call us or text us to setup a time to meet!
Jason Platt
Facebook- We will be on Facebook encouraging students through messages, special events, and  and when appropriate through status changes.

This Blog- An online resource for parents and youth leaders addressing issues as they come up as well as preparing for future youth related issues.

Is My Teen’s Behavior Normal?

The culture has changed, but teenagers haven’t.  They are still focused on trying to fit in with their peers and to make sense out of life.  But parents can get confused by their changes in attitude and the independence they seek, assuming their teenager is becoming rebellious.
It’s normal for teenagers to fail to do their chores without ten reminders, to put off their homework, to be emotional, to lose important things, to like music that is too loud, and to sometimes counter or question authority.  That’s all pretty typical, though it can be aggravating to parents.
